North Carolina Arboretum features "Quilt Garden"

This Charlotte Observer article highlights the Blue Ridge Quilt Garden at the North Carolina Arboretum.

Flowers and foliage create the pattern of a typical quilt. The best view is from above: Climb the stairs to the adjacent overlook.

The Arboretum is at
100 Frederick Law Olmsted Way, south of Asheville.
